Hear me out, the reason the human species and its subspecies have larger penises than other primates is female hypergamy, so it stands to reason that Asian men, having smaller penises, are the descendants of men who kept female hypergamy in check to the extent that their view on how suitable a man was to mate with from a sexual standpoint was a nonfactor on an evolutionary scale. Compare this to the Africans, who tend to have larger penises but are notably a foundationally matriarchal society. Furthermore, consider that Asians have the highest amount of testosterone per capita, while Africans have the highest amount of estrogen per capita.
