You can get a Lord l6 safety razor for $10. Its by far the best value.
Shavettes(straight razor with disposable blades) and straight razors are great too but require skill.
The good blades are like $10 for 100 pack and you can get at least 3 shaves from a blade. The soap lasts a really long time too.
