People were created with a spot deep inside them where a very specific "something" belongs. They aren't aware of the spot at first but gradually there is a sense of longing for they know not what. They try to ignore the longing but it returns. They try to fulfil the longing by putting things over the spot to cover it up. Sometimes it's being a workaholic, sometimes an alcoholic, anything to try and quiet the longing. Nothing ever fits. Some ppl go through their whole lives and never understand what their soul cries out in silence for. Do you know what it is? It is God anon. Even when things seem fine, the world is a miserable place without Him. Ppl were created to love Him and commune with him on a higher plane of existence than just going through the motions of life. When He sets you free you are free indeed. Being "born again" is the only way to fill the spot of longing. It completes the puzzle...it completes everything.
