ITT: We discuss our countries' banknotes and what we like/dislike about them, as well as what we like/dislike about other countries money. Coins included but the focus is on banknotes.
I'll start.
Ireland is in the Eurozone, so therefore we use Euromonies.
Like:
>Easily identifiable - Each one is distinct from the others, and can't be mistaken for another. (€5 and €20 used to be able to but the new €5 note is now a more greyish colour.)
>Does not tear easily - Will not tear unless is torn intentionally.
Dislike:
>Not water resistant - Shit gets soggy, dude
>Not much unique about them - The Canadian dollars and Australian dollars are pretty cool and unique, almost like little works of art that you use to buy things.
