Again, I could have probably claimed bullying, but to demonstrate that you have to show that it affected the safe work environment. My claim essentially requires that I demonstrate disability discrimination regardless, so I took it as the easier path which requires more straightforward evidence.
All I need to demonstrate is that:
>Vaccination status is a protected attribute under the DDA; and>They threatened me with adverse action because of that attribute.It's a much simpler path to take than a bullying claim.
