>>22066653Thanks for advice. I maintained my weight for the whole year last year instead of going through jojo effect, so I think i did ok. I eat healthy, mostly just backon / pancetta, eggs and low IG pasta. (pic related is my fridge)
And I practice intermittent fasting. Most of the time I eat once a day + some snacks few hours later.
Overall throughout the decades I spent insane amount of time trying different diets, reading about them and trying to recover from unsuccessful experiments. Especially since the consensus on proper approach keeps changing. I envy those who can maintain and lose weight without effort.
But yeah, my biggest issue is how my brain reacts to stress. It induces insane hunger in me and craving for sweets, which I think is the direct result of my parents dealing with my fits by buying me sweets and my mom constantly baking cakes to soothe her abusive husband
