>>16735774I wouldn't say bodybuilding. I lift weights 4 days a week but I could actually use a little less body. Fish and eggs would let me maintain my protein macros and probably slim down a bit but I've had a bothersome, erratic schedule the past 2 years and it's made things onerous. I could do better with meal prep but I just haven't. I enjoy the experience of seeing work rewarded. Put the time and effort in, become stronger. It's also affordable and not especially time demanding. Leaves time for other things, like staring at walls in the dark.
