>>12609031>milk has a lot of estrogene-like hormones in it which mimick estrogene in your body, thus feminizing youWrong, for multiple reasons.
1) Only mass-produced milk contains it in doses that may have any effect due to special breeds of cows being used that can be milked during pregnancy, a period where the Estrogen levels of a cow get extremely high.
2) Milk does not contain chemicals that "mimic Estrogen", it has plain free Estradiol inside it. It, however has an oral bio-availability of 0-5% due to it being destroyed by the digestive system. This is why you have to inject Testosterone, HGH, etc.
>they found that the number of hip and femur fractures and milk drinking are correlated when looking at statistical data. I.e. the more milk a country consumes the higher the chance for these kind of fracturesCorrelation.
>even if you're lactose tolerant, which I'm, milk irritates the bowels and the ingestion system, because you're not supposed to drink it as an adultSaturated fat and possibly mono-unsaturated fat have been shown to do the exact opposite to the digestive system. So have many other components of real milk (Not store-bought, I agree that is not good).
>milk has a lot of calcium, but while in the past you couldnt just take calcium directly, now its available in much better bio-available forms everywhere (tablets and food supplements)The exact opposite. If you look into Calcium supplements you will see they do damage to the body, because, just as other nutrients like Vitamin K, it has to be taken in conjuction with other nutrients at a specific dosage for all of them to be used properly. Milk/Meat have that in perfect ratios, we are build to consume those.
>commercial milk is full of byproducts like animal hormones, steroids and other similar stuff, most likely a lot of them are in fact carciogenes.Hormones = steroids, and you already made this point.
TL;DR: Drink raw milk from a farm cow, avoid store-bought.
