No? I think you're going to therapy with the wrong idea of what you'll get from it. Therapy isn't for getting fixed because they can't do that. They give you the tools to fix yourself. Sometimes you're so erratic you need medication to level out your moods but even that doesn't fix the problem it just gives you time to work on yourself without being bothered by symptoms.
