The North African Semitic haplogroup is E3b and sub-Saharan African haplogroup is ExE3b. While they do exist in the populations they're a minuscule percentage and much of it is centered in Spain. Compare that to the Asiatic admixture found in northern populations from tribes who predominately carried the N haplogroup.
