I want to travel all over America to see if I can find any place that seems familiar, because like for example I think Victoria had some significance for some reason but yet my memories don’t seem like Victoria at all, Canada architecture and civic design just feels kind of odd and strange to me
I saw some photos of what Greece is like, Canada is kind of oddly similar to Greece almost, but it’s like comparing Greece to Italy.
I don’t know if that’s too desperate or if I should pay attention to these feelings so much, but it feels good to rediscover/find places that bring back those feelings/memories
But the thing is it doesn’t seem outright like America too much either. Actually shit, I just remembered the Fleischer Superman cartoons felt a lot like those feelings I had so maybe it has something to do with that time period the 1940s, but then the more I think about it the more it reminds me of Fievel and American Tail, which is New York, it also reminds me of Fievel goes west which is set in the South, so I guess the feeling slightly comes from New York and maybe is also southern a bit.
There was a few movies that they had me watch that had something to do with New York, like Fievel, and uh, there was We’re Back by Don Bleuth and a troll in Central Park by Don Bleuth which are set in New York. Though, that doesn’t quite seem like New York to me, at least it’s now how I would imagine or picture New York but I guess it’s like a hidden side to New York maybe.
