I imagine it's incredibly damaging to the economy because I really don't need to spend money on anything. Women and kids are expensive and I don't have that expense. Whatever money I choose to make is mine (the 40% the government lets me keep anyway) and I don't really have any reason to ever go out or spend money on anything. Do I need new clothes or a haircut? Who am I trying to impress? Do I need a gym membership? I'll just do bodyweight exercises at home. Do I need a job even? If I never have any desire to spend any money on anything, is there even a point to work? I thought I would need to make 250k a year so I could have a normal life, but it turns out a normal life is impossible and I can basically just lay down and do nothing and watch the world burn.
