nofap without direction leads to excessive energy accumulation that, in most men, will lead to frustration/anger/imbalance.
if you don't plan on using that energy on something, don't to nofap. nothing good comes from it.
if you plan on doing art/plan to work out/do something highly spiritual, in which you need energy to project... something along those lines: then do nofap.
