There's one good way to eat beans - the Mexican way:
The beans must be washed and simmered for two hours along with spices and cayenne or chili peppers. The water must be just enough to leave the beans soft and well coocked, but without leaving much broth.
Meanwhile, an onion and a little pepper must be finely chopped and fried in olive oil, but let them a little raw. They can be shredded along with a little of bean broth, but it's optional, and I prefer not to do it because I love crispy onion.
and finally, the meat. It's recommended to be varied and in low quantity each type: a little sausage, a little bacon and even a little crackling, but most importantly: spicy and soft chorizo. fry the meat with olive oil just like you did with the onion and then crumble the chorizo and fry it a little too. I also add a little of bean broth.
Once the beans, the fried onion and peppers, and the meat are all done, you can mix them all together. An absolutely delicious and nutritional spicy food.
