well first of all, there's inscriptions in a bunch of european languages on the back so that right there's a bad sign, means it's something they've been exporting here for a while so it might not be as spicy. iirc shin ramyun just has english and a bunch of asian languages on the box, with the bulgarian label being printed out separately and glued to it.
oh, like that hamburger helper thing? no, i actually don't think boxed mixes like that are a thing here. closest thing i've seen is frozen meals that you put in the oven for half an hour or something. mac and cheese is already one of the least effort things imaginable, idk why you'd even need an instant mix for it, from the sound of it the only step you're saving yourself is grating the cheese.
