If it was just "the jews" they couldn't ever get anything done. They need adherents and acolytes just the same as any other organization. In fact, having outsiders involved is a necessary element of obfuscation techniques such as a false flag attack. A "true believer" who believes the cause is just, even if it isn't, is worth a lot to such organizations.
