>>20946911Spending Christmastime at home for the first time over a decade, Omega would keep all sorts of tabs on who might be entering what became known as the Waifumania Championship Tournament, making notes and sourcing as much footage as she could. A few expected names were discussed online; names like Alba Castro and Victoria Royale would draw the crowds, for sure, especially if it ever came to pass that 'The Queen' and 'Farmer Girl' should come to blows, unlikely though that seemed. But despite the heavy name value from a small few at the top, it was a group effort by all for what would soon spiral outwards.
Entering too were both upstarts and veterans alike following the naming structure Ms Castro had pioneered -- Curry Girl, Pizza Girl, Winter Girl, and another who lives in infamy now among wrestling fans -- all of who had their share of believers, and really highlighted this as an opportunity Kelly "By Goddess" Omega simply could not let pass her by. Similarly, it was hard to ignore a few relative unknowns; powerhouse Orcs with dangerous histories, big red monsters with no known history at all, and diminutive Skeletons who immediately rubbed Omega the wrong way.
But in a tournament of dream matches and wrestling royalty, new blood and old fan favourites, there was one name who stood out above the rest for a trailblazer and legend-seeker like Kelly Omega: Punkamina Elfina. The "Punk Elf".
