It is like a genetic surname passed strictly from father to son. It does not indicate the entire race or ethnicity of a person. At a large scale with thousands of samples, it is used to track male migrations. For example, there are R1b sub-saharan Africans. R1b comes from white people but those Africans are still niggers because it's the tiniest part of their DNA. However, there was a Eurasian migration into Africa in prehistoric times.
Maybe the confusing part is that it says "Jews are the Israelites". There isn't a single type of Jew. I didn't say Ashkenazis are the Israelites. I don't care enough about who is the original Jew to pick a favorite group, but Sephardic jews are definitely more likely to be indigenous because they are essentially the same ethnicity as Lebanese Christians
