I have a degenerative neurological condition, I might develop what amounts to Alzheimer's and I have no real way to measure my decline or predict how long I'll be functional or really even objectively rate my current state, so I've kinda had to deal with this question in a way, albeit a much broader time frame.
It made me stop playing video games.
Hope you're ok though. Globohomo is after all of us and it's easy to feel lost and despondent, if it's something like that, just push through, endure, it'll get much much better in a couple years.
