Anyways, he went to Texas and hung out with the best pit masters to learn. The last stop was KG BBQ and I had heard about this dude. He mixes up Egyptian cuisine and Texas BBQ. Looks amazing (might have to road trip to Austin for that one) and Andy LOVED his mutton. Vid is at correct time.
