Shit, even within their borders they still refuse to get off their ass. We saw that with former Yugoslavia, and up until recently, we saw that with Ukraine, where they expected an already stretched America to come to the rescue, which isn't possible because of enlistment dropping. And while it certainly isn't entirely their fault, they certainly added gasoline to the fire because of their seethe.
The fact that the United States is sending tens of billions of dollars, just for there to be massive protests over Ukraine agricultural goods being too competitive (the most Europoid issue ever) is already a slapped to the face.
