>get a chest
>hold egg in hand right click in the air until you set the type to Trading shop
>hold egg in hand sneak right click in air to select shopkeeper appearance
>right click on a chest to bound the chest to the shopkeeper
>right click on a block where you want to palce your villager
shift right click on your villager and place items as in shown in the image.
first row item for sell
second row item1 set for price for the selling item
third row item2 set for price for selling the item
you can use other type of shops but I have no idea how they work
