Try to share the profits with all your workers and see if it is viable, or even more see if it is fair. I am 32 and was a commie in my early 20's, a group of hippie friends and I tried to run a business that would share the profits equally as we all thought just like you. At the end we discovered that some people did more work than others and they were getting paid the same as the guys that would have a low workload, not to mention that the business itself was completely unviable. But again, go ahead and try to make a "fair" business, you either will have to work a lot for very little (even less than being normally employed), or you will have to charge tremendous amounts of money for the stuff you are selling or the service you are providing, which will drive you out of business since you are not competitive.
I hope you are just young and still think that capitalism is bad, its and stage that will pass. But if you end up in your 30's still believing that socialist bullshit then you are retarded beyond salvation.
