Teach your sons and daughters to wait until marriage. If you want to see change in the world, start at home. Then try to convince your friends to raise their children this way. Find a conservative church and get active in the community.
There are girls out there that do not sleep around constantly. While most women aren't virgins anymore in their early 20s, not all of them have high bodycounts. People make mistakes. Biology is a strong drive. Society encourages it. Men pressure women hard for sex. Women want to please and be pleased. It takes two to do the deed. Men are guilty of per-marital sex and high body counts as well. Its just easier for women than men.
The reality is unfortunate. Be the change you want to see in the world.
