Despite this the ocular cavity doesn't have to have BBB breakthrough.
Also I can't say for certain that sperm is the cause of the puffy eye lid/ocular trauma. For all we know it could be spinal misalignment/damage.
Not seeing how the digestive tract takes places in this event but enlighten me.
Truthfully I have no idea why the puffy eye lids happens other than sodomy is the root of the symptom.
