i now live in FL and the soil is sand which basically means it hydroponic because any nutrient washes through in about a week plus its infested with nematodes, cutworms, grasshoppers etc. which aren't even the biggest problem, mold, fungi and bacteria splash up every time it rains and kills all my leaves
only shit that grows here are cassava and pigeon peas.
all im saying is not everywhere is suitable for gardening especially if its dry and you don't have a well.
