Basically the more diverse the area the higher chances it has for violence due to natural social friction of such areas and political divides

Austin (more political than racial there)
Houston
Dallas
Border areas
Rural Texas should be pretty peaceful

I think the problem will be more no police or emergency services showing up due to govt dysfunction/currency issues than out and out 2 sides lining up and firing on one another. Maybe I'm wrong
Also don't think civil war will happen next week, but in my opinion we've been in a cold one since roughly 2014
