It's gonna be a fairly important sector with 5G and in my experience, if you can demonstrate knowledge to an employer about RF mitigation technique, design, and the various implementations for various systems (cellular, DMR, NFC, etc) they'll probably hire you.
In the states at least, it's one of the least pozzed fields I've worked in and they're hungry for people because Zoomers aren't interested in RF like boomers were with HAM radio so there's a large gap.
Here's a link to an accreditation body. The certificates probably don't mean much, but it's much cheaper than tuition. They also sell books and study guides.
