There's the finest of lines between the overplayed and exhausting concept of antifragility and misanthropy, and it falls squarely on you to try to muddle through it as best you can. I'm not trying to lecture you here, I'm in the middle of it myself and it's going very poorly. You're still young enough that you might find people willing to help you. Those sources become fewer as years pass and the inclination rises to just write you off and invest one's time in a more potentially satisfying story. It could get better, but more than at any time quite possibly in the last couple thousand years, it's on you to try to make it happen, and the odds are very much against you.
