When taking an action, be sure to clearly state where you want to move and also if you think that your roll may be overkill for the action that you're taking, make sure to say where you want the extra territories (spills) to be allocated. Using general directions is also fine. EX: Invade Germany. Spills go to Denmark.
Make sure to read the rules in the image and keep track of your bonuses by putting it in your name as well as your country name. Newfags more than welcome, chances are most the people you play against will be newfags anyway. Roleplaying encouraged. Check this thread
