I think the solution is to get yourself into a stable position in life, and then look for younger girls. Guys should always look for younger girls. As long as the girl is young, your kids won't be retarded (unless you're nearing 50 or something), so it's not all over by 30. "Over by 30" is a woman's mindset. Just try to aim for 22+, too young and they might not be ready to settle (unless they're a foreign import bride, like from the phillipines, vietnam or something).
