God will not break those promises.
However, according to Christianity, Jesus is the only way to be reconciled with God.
Jews today do not accept Jesus as their Messiah.
On the surface, it looks as those both groups can't worship the same God, but we have to consider the past of the Jews(Descendants of Abraham) according to the Bible.
The Jews have turned away from God many many times, and they have been punished time and again.
They have this history of going long periods where they worship God and follow His Laws, and the long periods of time where they have fallen away, or been led astray.
We could very well be living in such a time where the Jewish people have turned from God, mistakenly rejecting His Son as their Messiah, only to realize at some later date that Jesus is, in fact, Who they had been waiting for all this time.
We can not know for now.
Only time will tell.
