She is of course happy to have won, but struggles with expressing joy as openly as Andi does. So with a small half grin she stands aside as Andi speaks, this kind of thing clearly comes naturally to her, much like modelling did. Watching Andi was like watching a supermodel in action and Robyn sighs as she thinks of the way she clumsily fumbled around. All those nice compliments she received must have been pity, there's no way those photos could be half as good as Andi's.
But then Robyn's tranquil world is plunged into chaos as she's pulled from her thoughts when, with a big smile, Andi hands her the mic, completely oblivious to the terror this act immediately inspired in her new friend.
An arena full of people turn their attention to Robyn and she swallows nervously. She wasn't expecting this. Last time she cut a live promo she spent over an hour backstage preparing herself and threw up at least 3 times.
Her eyes dart around as she tries to remember which camera she's supposed to look at. There. The hardcam. She takes a deep breath.
"Umm, I g-guess I don't owe Sue Plex anything now. G-good luck covering those bills on your own with a l-loser's purse," she says, looking at her fallen ex-roommate. "But n-now that's out of the way, what m-matters is our opponents at Clash."
"Cassie, I h-had a lot of respect for you, I thought of you as family. B-but your brought me t-to this country then abandoned me the moment you decided I wasn't useful to you. Andi has b-been a better friend than you ever w-were and I've only k-known her for a few days."
"And if C-Cassie would treat her own sister-in-law like that, why wouldn't she do the same to you Kasumi? Or you Kelly? W-while you two try and fail to f-find answers to that q-question, me and Andi will be training our asses off in the dojo with Lillith. And at Clash In The Kingdom, t-the better team will win."
