She had a meltdown a few days later where she destroyed bedroom 2 and threw the air purifier against the wall, broke furniture and chairs she absolutely destroyed that room.
Then when hassled by Frank a few days later she snapped and pulled a pair of scissors on Frank.
She didn't have the spine to withstand it, however the difference was at that point they were running out of original Fish and were going to be left with only Tj, Shinji and Trish who were all seen as completely boring.
They kicked Cole because they didn't want a Jon situation where Cole became bigger than the Tank and it would damage the show if he was kept in much longer allowing him to get more popular, big mistake but that's what happened there, and to a lesser extent with Jimmy.
Problem was, kicking Cole was so fucking stupid, they did nothing to try and keep him in yet later when Shinji wanted to quit they spent hours and the entire production including Sam trying to convince him to stay.
There were just so many fuck ups where Jet and Sam had their egos bruised, they were unable to separate what was good for the show from their own ego.
