I was in the same position as you, smoked weed for 5 years straight every single day, but the gym helped me overcome my mild addiction by forcing me to stay on a constant (as in I've felt like literal shit if I didn't stick to my programe, mainly because I kept reminding myself how hard I've worked to get to that point).
tl;dr keep on working and if you do want to start smoking weed again, keep it reserved only for the weekends (friday and saturday, and leave sunday as a rest day in order to have your mind straight on monday). Don't fall for the herbal jew again, anon, it ruins your lifestyle completely.
