The reason they don't think Chrisitianity is Jewish is because they grew up with it and just see it as their religion. They don't even really care about the Bible. Just just care about morality and God and may use it as some inquisitorial anti jew organization. When you talk about "the light of God" that could literally be any religion which just means truth. So that's what they see Christianity as, the truth, not a jewish mythos from the desert. The de-abrahamization process should come later through education.
