1. Draw an ugly person and claim it is a drawing of a group you don't like. For example, shitposting australians, amerimutts, big-nosed jew, etc. However this requires some creativity, and most groups have already had this done to them so most of the possibilities are used up.
2. Stick to what already works. Edit Wojak or Pepe in MS Paint and you have made some OC that will surely get loved and reposted!
3. (BEST OPTION): Combine the two previous options, make a shitty wojak or pepe edit of a group you don't like. Pic related.
4. Actually make something original and post it. (Note: This option no longer works because all the redditors will only repost things that are already embedded into the site, they don't want to just have fun, they want to leech off the already-existing culture)
