A Med alliance may be hard though because French seem to ID more with Northern Europe and Gaul identity. Greeks are Orthodox and sort of an outlier. Then obviously Levantines and Nafri are not European. We should be aligning with Spain and Portugal in sort of a Latin alliance.
Maybe a broader Med alliance too but split between Western Med, Eastern Med, and North African.
