I'm doing the things I need to be successful, on the track to become a doctor and am getting straight As in college
But for some reason it just doesnt feel real, not because I think its amazing or something, but I feel like no matter how much I'll chase it, in the end things will end the same whether I follow through with this career or if I were working minimum wage at some factory or living as a neet
Do I just need to have more hope? Without anyone to keep me going, without anyone truly special to me, it feels empty
