I've not fapped in 6 weeks.
Not looked at porn in 3 weeks(realised I messed up halfway trough by not fapping but still viewing it).
Not had any junk food for 6 weeks with a complete cut out of chocolate.
First 2 weeks were the worst from withdrawal. Still feeling urges from time to time especially in this heatwave in the UK and seeing all the young women in their summer clothes or should I say lack of clothes. That's a damn test for sure.
I'm feeling great for the first time in 7+ years, I decided to start doing exercise on the very first day after years(7) of idleness to distract me and thats seriously helped also lost 2 jean sizes and looking thinner. I can now get chubbies just looking at attractive clothed girls(something that hadn't happened to me for many years). I know the 100+ day mark is seen as the milestone to aim for as a porn brain reset with the urge to watch degenerate shit increases as the brain begins fighting back but so far I'm resisting. I'm on the recovery road and I intend to keep at it. I know its going to get harder though.

I knew how fucked up it was getting and the urges I was feeling from brain desensitization to normal carnal desires. Thankfully a number of those seem to be completely gone now with others having a civil war inside my head.
