Whoever did this had even made a little number "9" encased in a circle drawn with the blood of the frog. But even here, I was skeptical, passing this off as maybe some teenagers having a shitty prank.
Denial is a resilient thing, but it can only get you so far. For me, that was when the same exact thing happened again, but this time, it was in the middle of my god damn living room, with like, EIGHT DIFFERENT FROGS with not only that exact same 9-in-a-circle symbol drawn again with each of their bloods, but the phrase "LE MIPNIU CU DABYTSARAI" (SHE WHO CONCEALS IS THE STRONGEST) was written all across the room in giant letters. Note that in Lojban, the phrase "LE MIBNIU CU DABYTSARAI" means "I (specifically female) AM THE STRONGEST."
