America is primarily where people drink their weight in protein shakes and spend all of their free time in the gym to develop huge worthless muscles. Look at Arnold. He made it in America because Austria doesn't care about him. He would've been a circus freak 100 years ago. America is the gathering place of all of the freaks and outcasts of Europe. It's why we have religious crazies and exercise zealots who turn exercise into a religion. In America there are obese people and then there are exercise fanatics who spend all of their time in the gym and not much in between.
