Speed Grapher. It's about a photographer who uncovers a deviant cult of powerful and rich people involving a trafficked young women, who if I'm remembering correctly, bodily fluids grant the cult members otherworldly powers the particulars of which manifest based on what that individuals own twisted fixation is. It's all about money, corruption, and power. The actual execution as I remember it is more of an action show and it likes to indulge in the darkness of the setting a bit more than I'd like with the ecchi but even the indulgences kind of ties in with the themes in that the MC having powers himself I think is a bit of commentary on the inherent voyeurism of photography and visual media in general. It's kinda eyes wide shut the anime and while it's ultimately only okish the inital premise at least i think is very /pol/ adjacent even if they could have done a while lot more with it.
Also they had licensing issues and had to change it but the orginal OP was set to Duran Durans Girl's on Film and kinda slaps.
