The level of self-hate and LARPing among Turks takes it to another level. To some extent it's driven by following geopolitical trends. Ataturk LARPed as Western because Western Europe had the edge at the time. If Asia becomes the dominant power, Turks will start LARPing as fully Asian. If the middle East makes a comeback they'll start LARPing as that again. If Europe reverses its decline, they'll start LARPing as that.
The majority of Turks are a mixed brownoid (nothing wrong with being brown and one should be proud of it) people. They're instead LARPing simultaneously White and Asian to hedge their geopolitical bets between Asia and Europe.
