I don't have much to weigh in on the OP, I find it hard to believe someone would be willing to do this sort of thing with the knowledge of it. Even if they were evil and wanted to harvest organs or something, there would have to be more... dignity or something, this is like a fucking feeding frenzy.

Couple years ago, my autistic nephew who was like 3~ fell into a pond in winter and started to die from hypothermia. The medics and ambulance went out of their way to airlift him and even admitted that he was a goner before he got onto the heli, but begged the mom to donate his organs. So he was literally kept alive but braindead until he could get to the hospital to be ransacked for organs. So, obviously there was also no grounds for a funeral of any kind since child organs are worth a fuck ton. Of course the parents get no money, but the hospital, gets upwards of half a million for all the organs and tissues. Imagine how evil the fuckers are that do those dissections.
