Tomorrow I am DM-ing my last session of the semester. The party is going to go to this masquerade party and I need some interesting/quirky minor characters to liven it up.
If you want to contribute a character design, the setting it sorta pirates of the Caribbean and I'll need a name and whatever else you want to add. If the session is cool enough, I might even green text it later.
