The gum works very well. I get the 315 for $58 at chemist warehouse. Used to use lozenges but I’d consume >80/day and by chewing them swallowing the nicotine would get destroyed in my stomach not producing the desired effects. I find the gums which absorb more through your mouth provide me with the desired effects cheaper.
Still an addiction though
