I usually start off with the Lord's Prayer followed by listing all the sinful thing I've done that day and apologizing for them, then I thank God for all the good stuff and people I have in my life and then I ask him for things that I wish would happen to me.
I honestly don't know if it does any good and I am very skeptical about an actual God existing and even more about Him listening to my prayers.
But I can be hopeful, can't I?
