As for Atsuko, I guess she's an okay choice but I haven't seen her being used that seriously beyond INS Kurokage and Arius runs on Hiero, which are pretty much a meme and obsolete now with dHina. As shown by Hiero's return in JP, TOR is gonna become more accessible as time goes, even mandatory if you want Plat unless you're on slack servers like NA.
