Being busy while not having too many people around you has a refreshing effect on the mind.
Therapists overcomplicate things and it gets you in this negative loop. It turns out that the more you talk about the shit that's bothering you, you will keep on feeling bothered. While solutions can be so straightforward. Do stuff that you like, add positivity to your life, challenge yourself.
